Mediator; Jacqui Thomas
Here2Mediate can help couples experiencing relationship breakdown to settle their differences without going to court.
Mediation is a voluntary process which helps couples to reach agreements about the future and the arrangements for their children in the most painless, quick and affordable way possible.
By meeting with a mediator at a pre mediation assessment, separating couples can discuss their options and find out whether mediation is right for them.
Here2mediate can arrange that for you, and if either of you are eligible for legal aid, we can refer you to an appropriate specialist.
We can go on to arrange mediation sessions to help both of you to reach the outcomes that you want and need for your family.
Through mediation, the issues arising after relationship breakdown can be explored calmly and at your pace, without the pressure and cost of court proceedings. Any agreement reached can be converted into a binding court order if you both wish.
